Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies on Our Websites
A. General information:
This document concerns the processing and protection of personal data of natural persons, i.e., Users, in connection with their use of the services of Fabryka Mebli „Wuteh” S.A.: https://wuteh.com.pl, https://www.facebook.com/Meble.Biurowe.Wuteh/, and https://sove.pl/ (the service supporting our online store).
The principles of this Privacy Policy, outlined below, apply solely to these websites and do not cover other sites that may be accessed via links from the above-mentioned pages.
By using our websites, you accept the Privacy Policy as presented below.
Fabryka Mebli „Wuteh” S.A. respects the Users’ right to privacy. In particular, the Company ensures the protection of processed personal data and implements appropriate organizational and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.
The website https://wuteh.com.pl is secured using encryption to prevent unauthorized access to information transmitted between computers. The encrypted connection uses TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384, 256-bit, TLS 1.3.
The website https://sove.pl/, supporting our online store, also uses an encrypted connection to prevent unauthorized access to transmitted information. The encryption used is TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256, 128-bit, TLS 1.2.

In paragraph 14 of this document, we have included all information regarding the protection of personal data. This section provides details on the identity of the Data Controller, its contact information, the purposes of data processing, the duration and legal basis for processing, as well as other information required by law. Please also review the list of our business partners to whom we may disclose your personal data in connection with the pursuit of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Our activities are aimed at ensuring that Users feel fully secure, in compliance with applicable law, particularly:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR);
- Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 10 May 2018;
- Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law.
B. Glossary of key terms used in our Privacy Policy:
- Cookie – a small piece of information stored by the server on the User’s computer, which the server can read upon subsequent connections from that computer.
- System log – information transmitted to the server by the User’s computer during each connection; it may contain various data (e.g., IP address) that can be used to more or less accurately determine the source of the connection.
- IP address – an individual number typically assigned to every computer connected to the Internet. An IP address may be permanently associated with a computer (static) or assigned for a specific connection (dynamic).
- SSL protocol – a special standard for transmitting data over the Internet, in which the transmission is encrypted, unlike ordinary transmission, which occurs in plain text.

D. Collection of personal data:
In the course of using the Services, we store HTTP requests sent to the server. Browsed resources are identified via URLs and may include the following data:
- The public IP address of the end device from which the request originated;
- The name of the User’s workstation – identification via the HTTP protocol, if possible;
- The username provided during the authorization process;
- The time the request was received;
- The first line of the HTTP request;
- The HTTP response code;
- The amount of data sent by the server;
- The URL of the page previously visited by the User (the “referer link”) – in cases where the User arrived at the Service through an external link;
- Information about the User’s browser;
- Information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction.
The above-mentioned data is not associated with specific individuals browsing our website. Furthermore, the Services do not automatically collect any information except that contained in Cookies. Information collected in this manner is used, among other things, for:
- Managing the Service;
- Identifying potential security threats;
- Studying aggregated User traffic on the Services and for statistical purposes.
E. Processing of personal data
Personal data collected through the Service may be used to tailor the Service content to the needs of Users and to respond to User inquiries.
Collected personal data of Users is not transferred to international organizations or third countries. Personal data may be processed by other entities in accordance with EU law or national law.
In the event of a breach of the terms of use of our Service, a violation of the law, or when required by legal provisions, we may disclose your data to authorized bodies, including law enforcement, the judiciary, and other authorities, in order to fulfill legal obligations.
F. User rights
Users have the following rights regarding the processing of their personal data:
- Access – to access their data and receive a copy.
- Correction – to correct their data.
- Deletion – to request deletion of their data.
Restriction of processing – to request that processing be limited solely to the storage of personal data in cases where:
- You believe that the data we hold is inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
- You do not want the data deleted because it is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- The period of objection to processing in order to pursue the legitimate interest of the data controller is ongoing.
We will stop processing your data unless we can demonstrate that our legitimate grounds for processing override your rights or that the data is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Users also have the right to request the immediate deletion of personal data (the “right to be forgotten”) if any of the following conditions apply:
- The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- The data subject has withdrawn consent on which processing is based, and there is no other legal basis for processing;
- The personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation under EU law or the law of a Member State to which the controller is subject.
Right to lodge a complaint

G. Use of Cookies
Recital 30 of the GDPR indicates that natural persons may be assigned (…) identifiers from cookies generated by their devices, applications, tools, and protocols, or other identifiers (…) which, combined with unique identifiers and other information obtained by servers, can be used to create profiles and identify those persons.
Our websites operate in accordance with Article 398 of the Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law, which prohibits the use of automated systems and end-user telecommunication devices for sending commercial information, including direct marketing, without the prior consent of the subscriber or end user. This provision implements Article 13 of Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (the “ePrivacy Directive”) into Polish law.
FM WUTEH S.A. websites use cookies. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage duration on the end device, and a unique number.
Cookies are used to:
- Facilitate the User’s navigation and use of the Service;
- Recognize the User upon subsequent visits to the Service from the same device;
- Create statistics that help understand how Users interact with our websites, enabling us to improve their structure and content;
