Full content of the information clause regarding the processing of personal data at Fabryka Mebli WUTEH S.A.
The Controller of your personal data is Fabryka Mebli WUTEH S.A., with its registered office at: 87-100 Toruń, ul. Gen. J. Chłopickiego 6.

Your personal data obtained in connection with the preparation of an offer for you, the conclusion of an agreement, and during its term will be used for the following purposes:
Conclusion and performance of the agreement between us, including the provision of service and warranty support – for the duration of the agreement and settlements after its termination (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Fulfilment of our legal obligations, in particular: issuing and storing invoices and accounting documents, responding to complaints within the time limits and in the form provided for by law (legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Establishment, exercise and defence of claims – for the duration of proceedings related to the pursuit of our claims (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Direct marketing of our own products, in particular sending you offers, product information, promotions – until you withdraw your consent or object to processing for this purpose (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Preparation of reports and analyses for our internal needs; this includes in particular reporting, marketing research, development planning – for the duration of the agreement (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Provision of the Newsletter service or commercial information – until you withdraw your consent to data processing for this purpose (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
For the conclusion of the agreement, we require you to provide the data contained in the agreement form. Failure to provide the required data will result in the inability to conclude the agreement. We may request additional data that are not essential for the conclusion of the agreement (if we do not receive them, we may not be able, for example, to call you on your contact number).
- Entities whose services we use in the processing of data and which process them on behalf of the Controller: e.g. providers of ICT tools and IT services, law firms, and entities supporting us in the field of personal data protection.
- Other recipients – business partners and entities engaged in courier or delivery services.
Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union. We ensure that, in such cases, the transfer of data will be based on an appropriate agreement concluded with the recipient, containing the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
You may submit to us a request related to the exercise of your right to:
- Rectification (correction) of data;
- Erasure of data processed without a legal basis;
- Restriction of processing (suspension of operations on data or non-deletion of data – in accordance with the submitted request);
- Access to data (information about the data we process as well as a copy of the data);
- Data portability – transfer of data to another data controller or directly to you (to the extent specified in Article 20 of the GDPR).
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, where the processing is based on consent, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

A template of the request form is available on our website: legal-information/gdrp. We may ask you to provide additional information to confirm your identity. Your ability to exercise your rights will depend on the legal basis for our processing of your data.
At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing.
In specific situations, you may also object at any time to the processing of your personal data when the legal basis for such processing is our legitimate interest.
We will cease processing your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or unless the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If the processing of your data is not necessary for the performance of a contract, the fulfillment of a legal obligation, or does not constitute our legitimate interest, we may ask for your consent, for example, to share your data with other entities for their promotional activities. You may withdraw any consent you have given us at any time (this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal).
If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
